By accessing or using SermonBloom (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
SermonBloom is a content generation platform that transforms sermon recordings into various ministry content outputs including summaries, discussion guides, social media posts, devotionals, and more.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload and all content generated from your uploads. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload content you don't have rights to, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan or your account will be limited.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by SermonBloom is derived from your sermon input and is meant to assist, not replace, your editorial judgment. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.
10. Limitation of Liability
SermonBloom is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
